Có lẽ đối với những thế hệ đi trước, khi nhắc đến IT (Công nghệ thông tin), đa số sẽ nghĩ đến những tính chất như “phải cắm mặt vào màn hình 24/7”, “không thấy ánh mặt trời” hoặc một cách nói hài hước hơn là “ế người yêu”. As an enterprise system is quite complex in both infrastructure and business logic then it’s hard the expectation on both performance and stabilization, sometime you must balance between them</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2 style="text-align:justify;">An Introduction to Domain-Driven Design (DDD)</h2>To solve the problems above, I would like to introduce Domain Driven Design (DDD) - a very popular design pattern at this time, written by a very smart author Eric Evans in the book Domain-Driven Design - Tackling Complexity in the Heart of Software (Addison-Wesley Professional 2003. To summarize the idea, we can overview via three points below &nbsp;<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A way of looking at software from the top down. We are not focusing on the details from the beginning or trying to build some features but don’t have an overview of the big picture. Instead of that, we will find out all the main parts of the system and deep dive one by one.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Focus on the business or event instead of the technology. Business purposes are always the main things that a system builds for, the idea of DDD is bringing out the business logic with all the relationships between them and solving them with the technology. Then the system does not depend on technology and we can easily pick the technology to solve our problems instead of sticking with a specific one.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Building domains and making the software serve for that. Inside the sub-domain, we also have three kinds of sub-domains<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Core: the key objects that your system build for, the business core</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Generic: the domains serve general purposes such as observability logging, metrics and tracing in architecture design, various cloud services, etc</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Supporting: similar to the general domain, but the system is more internal or needs some customized development on the basis of the general domain. <html><body><h2>Ta có nên quan trọng hóa vấn đề “chuyển việc”?</h2>Với đa số bạn trẻ vừa ra trường, khái niệm “chuyển việc” có lẽ chưa được nhắc tới thường xuyên. Vì thế, các bạn khi đối diện với điều này lại cảm thấy bình thường vì tính ham học hỏi và đổi mới liên tục, đồng thời luôn mong muốn tìm ra môi trường phù hợp với bản thân và tính cách….. Trái ngược với sự hồn nhiên và vô tư, với một số “cây đa, cây đề” có thâm niên làm việc 5 năm, 10 năm thậm chí đến gần tuổi về hưu, vấn đề chuyển việc lại trở nên hệ trọng, đáng cân nhắc hơn hẳn. Song song với sự đa dạng việc tuyển dụng ở nhiều ngành nghề, độ chuyên nghiệp của công ty và các phúc lợi ngày càng được chú trọng… ta lại càng thấy “chuyển việc” không thực sự nặng nề đến thế. <h2>Lý do chuyển việc &amp; 1001 điều cần cân nhắc</h2>Đa số nhân sự khi cần đưa ra quyết định chuyển việc hoặc nghỉ việc đều gặp phải những vấn đề khó nghĩ. Vậy, chúng ta cần cân nhắc những gì trước khi in và nộp “tờ giấy A4 quyền lực” đó?<ul><li>Công việc mà chúng ta đang theo đuổi có thực sự nhàm nhán, hay không có con đường thăng tiến hoạch định rõ ràng, không có sự phát triển nhất định về mặt chuyên môn?</li><li>Môi trường làm việc liệu có đang như phim “drama” dài tập? (Xa xôi hơn, có trường hợp vì sếp và cấp trên không tận tình chỉ dẫn hoặc am hiểu nhân viên cấp dưới mà các bạn quyết định thôi việc.)</li><li>Bạn không phù hợp với quy định của công ty vì bạn là người yêu thích màu sắc nhưng công ty lại hạn chế cho phép nhân viên nhuộm tóc? </li><li>Lương, thưởng, chế độ đãi ngộ, phúc lợi có thực sự minh bạch? Các khoản thu/ chi mập mờ liệu có làm chúng ta nản lòng?</li><li>Gia đình và người thân cần sự hỗ trợ của chúng ta? </li><li>Sức khỏe của chúng ta cần được đảm bảo?</li></ul><h2>Người càng có tầm nhìn, càng thích chuyển việc?</h2>Nghe thì có vẻ bất hợp lý nhưng thực chất lại vô cùng có lý! Biết đánh giá bản thân và chú trọng vào từng giai đoạn phát triển, vấn đề chuyển việc với một số người có kế hoạch rõ ràng sẽ bao gồm những thời điểm điển hình như sau:<ul><li>Năng lực chuyên môn bị đánh giá quá thấp ở Công ty cũ. Đôi khi, sự bàng quan của cấp trên dễ khiến nhân viên cảm thấy không xứng đáng với sự cống hiến của mình.</li><li>Bản thân không phù hợp với định hướng của Công ty. Hoặc sâu xa hơn, bạn đã chọn con đường sự nghiệp mà mình không thực sự đam mê. </li><li>Mong muốn có một khoảng thời gian được nghỉ ngơi sau quá trình làm việc căng thẳng. Từ đó, sức khỏe và cảm xúc được cảm thiện để linh hoạt xây dựng một kế hoạch sự nghiệp tiếp theo.</li><li>Cần phải cải thiện chính bản thân cả về mặt cảm xúc, tinh thần, tài chính, kỹ năng chuyên môn hoặc các mục tiêu cá nhân khác. Bạn chắc chắn sẽ không thể tiến bộ nếu không liên tục thử thách chính mình!</li><li>Hoặc đơn giản chỉ là bạn dần mất “lửa” trong công việc.
